The role is hybrid, combining remote work from home and in-office presence based on team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate strategic plans for your territory to identify risks related to customer churn and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with Corporate Enterprise sales teams on assigned accounts, nurturing client relationships and developing success plans to enhance product adoption.
- Analyze account usage data to develop tactics that boost product engagement and value.
- Act as a trusted consultant to important customer contacts and executives to maximize product usage and business impact.
- Lead quarterly success review meetings and contribute to value review discussions as needed.
- Create educational strategies targeting clients with low usage to promote learning resources and optimize product utilization.
- Stay well-versed with LinkedIn’s product offerings and industry trends to guide clients effectively through changes and enhancements.
- Work alongside various internal teams to enhance client solutions and increase the value derived from our products.
- Ensure timely and precise documentation of all client interactions within system tools.
- Promptly escalate client issues to relevant departments and leadership when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Over six years of experience in customer success, consultancy, product adoption, change management, account management, customer training, or business transformation roles.
Preferred Experience
- Proven track record managing projects from their initial discovery and design phases through to full execution.
- Experience influencing large-scale recruitment and talent strategy transformations leveraging technology and project management expertise.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with technical proficiency.
- Experience with change management initiatives is an advantage.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is highly valued.
