Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Director will act as a trusted advisor focused on delivering tangible value to clients in the Enterprise segment. You will facilitate client engagement with our Talent and Learning solutions, aiming to strengthen customers and uncover growth opportunities. You will use strategic selling methods to meet revenue targets while advocating for the client's best interests and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on client businesses and prepare insightful questions for engagement.
- Ask multifaceted, open-ended questions to fully understand client goals and challenges beyond surface details.
- Build and nurture relationships across various levels and departments within the client's organization.
- Adapt communication style and content to suit different stakeholders.
- Recommend solutions aligned with client objectives rather than just products.
- Uphold high ethical standards in sales activities.
- Facilitate client decision-making by aligning on shared visions and highlighting value propositions for all stakeholders.
- Apply commercial insight and business savvy when formulating and negotiating contracts.
- Utilize data and analytics to support investment proposals and address client objections.
- Act proactively to reduce churn risks with a customer-first mindset.
- Engage clients consistently to affirm value and adjust strategies to optimize return on investment.
- Drive business expansion through identifying additional value delivery chances.
- Integrate economic, sector, and company considerations with a client-focused approach during account planning.
- Map key account stakeholders to evaluate relationship strength and devise outreach plans.
- Share accountability with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
- Embody humility by seeking assistance when encountering challenges or unfamiliar situations.
- Maintain discipline in territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota achievement.
- Follow best practices with CRM and sales tools to effectively manage sales and buyer cycles.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in sales.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with software contract terms and the capacity to craft equitable agreements.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and precise sales forecasting skills.
- Track record of managing revenue targets with effective strategy formulation.
- Success in cultivating and managing senior-level business relationships in advocacy-driven sales environments.
- Ability to leverage data for informed decisions and persuasive communications.
- Skill in evaluating business opportunities and understanding prospective buyers.
- Creativity in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated fluency in AI technologies and consistent application of AI tools in daily tasks.
- Competence in involving multiple partners and leadership members to position company products competitively against rivals.
