Role Overview

This Senior Product Marketing Manager position is focused on Consumer Experience with a hybrid working model combining remote and office presence based on team requirements. The location options include San Francisco, Mountain View, Chicago, or New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine the vision for LinkedIn's consumer product experience leveraging member insights and close collaboration with product management and design teams.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to guide the advancement of new features and messaging strategies for the core LinkedIn consumer offerings.
- Create compelling go-to-market plans encompassing positioning, messaging, and channel approaches for new product launches.
- Effectively translate technical updates into engaging narratives that communicate product progress to LinkedIn's user community.
- Act as a subject matter authority on the consumer domain and promote learnings throughout the company.
- Design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments to measure impacts on critical performance metrics.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in product marketing roles.
- Preferred: Minimum of 3 years marketing consumer-facing digital products with demonstrated influence over product strategies and successful product launches.
- Strong competence in leveraging insights to drive decisions, prioritize goals, and optimize messaging and targeting.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handle multiple projects, and manage resources strategically based on business impact.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and growing product reach through data-driven marketing experiments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to distill complex information into concise and persuasive stories.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $125,000 to $195,000 annually, with actual pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location-specific cost of labor. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus, equity, benefits, and incentive plans.
