  • Analyze program results to shape adoption-focused business priorities, effectively communicating impact to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage high-impact campaigns such as health interventions, triggered lifecycle plays, and feature adoption programs that connect engagement efforts with retention and renewal outcomes.
  • Transform customer insights, product usage metrics, and business objectives into actionable lifecycle marketing strategies that consistently drive product adoption.

Candidate Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Lifecycle or Customer Marketing with demonstrated success in scaling product adoption and engagement.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven marketing, capable of interpreting behavioral signals and customer health data into strategic lifecycle campaigns.
  • Proven experience designing automated, behavior-triggered marketing programs across diverse digital channels.
  • Capability to construct and optimize adoption funnels with metrics including monthly active users, account health, and retention.
