About Natterbox

Natterbox is a Salesforce-native AI communications and contact centre platform trusted by innovative global companies such as Revolut, N26, Tide, and Legal & General. It enables enhanced customer interactions through Voice AI, intelligent call routing, and real-time analytics, all seamlessly integrated within Salesforce.

Role Purpose

As the Global Marketing Director, you will oversee the entire marketing department and be responsible for marketing's direct commercial impact on Natterbox's growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this senior leadership role demands an active player-coach who not only strategizes but also gets hands-on with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the demand generation strategy across all channels including inbound, outbound, paid search, events, content, and webinars, aligning SQL and pipeline targets with revenue goals.
  • Define and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segment targeting to focus marketing efforts on high-potential accounts across Natterbox’s core industries.
  • Manage the marketing budget comprehensively, allocating funds across channels, monitoring expenditures, and justifying spend based on pipeline outcomes in quarterly reports to the CRO.
  • Take ownership of marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline metrics, providing leadership with clear reports.
  • Direct the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and industry-specific value propositions, adapting as products and markets evolve.
  • Oversee the company website as a key commercial asset, managing its messaging, architecture, content, and SEO strategy in coordination with agencies and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRO on pipeline, sales priorities, territory coverage, and revenue stage requirements.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, translating commercial objectives into quarterly tactical plans with defined budgets and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the Natterbox global brand, ensuring consistent visual identity and tone across all customer and prospect touchpoints, including events and digital presence.
  • Develop and implement the content strategy encompassing thought leadership, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars, and executive profiling to support pipeline growth and market credibility.
  • Oversee customer marketing efforts in partnership with the Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, expansion, advocacy programs, and customer events.
  • Lead the events program including third-party and owned events from planning through execution and follow-up.
  • Supervise agency partnerships related to demand generation, PR, events, SEO, and content, ensuring delivery against clear scopes of work and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal communications and cross-functional alignment on product launches, platform updates, and major marketing initiatives involving Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other departments.
  • Ensure Salesforce campaign attribution accuracy to maintain precise data on marketing's revenue contribution.
  • Develop marketing data governance policies and collaborate with Revenue Operations to resolve data quality issues impacting pipeline measurement.
  • Drive Natterbox’s Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives using the company’s Voice AI platform as a live demonstration and growth tool, partnering with Product and Sales Engineering teams.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in automation, lead scoring, and reporting to boost marketing efficiency and measurement confidence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ leadership experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing, with full accountability for pipeline generation, budget management, and revenue impact beyond branding and communications.
  • Comprehensive experience managing demand generation strategies including channel mix, budget allocation, and SQL achievement with data-backed results.
  • Product marketing expertise in translating product features into compelling positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets rigorously, monitoring expenditures, and reporting ROI.
  • Experience leading and developing small teams by setting direction, overseeing execution, and enforcing accountability.
  • Capability in managing multiple agencies simultaneously covering SEO, paid search, PR, and events.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes, communicating clearly to senior leadership without prompting.
  • Player-coach attitude, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign attribution, opportunity tracking, and data quality assessment.
  • Instincts for product marketing with keen insight into positioning and messaging based on product updates.
  • Demonstrated editorial and content judgement across diverse formats including copy, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Comfort with evaluating and optimizing marketing technologies without reliance on others to manage the stack.
  • Analytical approach to data, independently deriving insights and taking action promptly.
  • Ability to build stakeholder credibility and influence without formal authority.
  • Adaptability to shifting strategies and priorities while maintaining team momentum and focus.
  • Prioritization skills to balance creative thinking with focused execution.
  • Commitment to high standards in all outward-facing marketing materials reflecting on Natterbox’s brand.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms, intent data tools, or advanced lead scoring models.
  • Experience developing or scaling Product-Led Growth models within B2B sectors.
  • Knowledge of Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Voice AI technologies, or related contact center solutions.
  • Background working in or alongside financial services, fintech, contact center, or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) sectors or rapid adaptability to technical, regulated markets.
  • Experience operating in Salesforce-native environments with practical understanding of campaign attribution and CRM data quality challenges.

Employee Benefits

  • Competitive base salary package.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Private medical insurance coverage.
  • Annual leave starting at 25 days, increasing to 30 days after two years, plus bank holidays.
