- Promote GT-SUITE as the premier platform for system simulations, digital twin solutions, and aerospace and defense performance optimization.
- Drive outbound sales through prospecting new programs, divisions, and global sites using email, calls, social platforms, and networking.
- Represent the company at aerospace and defense industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to customize solutions for customer needs.
- Lead complex enterprise sales processes that include technical reviews, pilot projects, and multi-party decision making.
- Be prepared to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.
Candidate Profile

- Minimum five years experience in business development or technical sales focusing on CAE, simulation software, digital engineering, or digital twin technologies.
- Proven track record selling complex engineering software within aerospace, defense, or advanced technology sectors.
- Familiarity with system simulation tools (preferably GT-SUITE), digital twin methodologies, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Exceptional ability to explain intricate technical information clearly to both engineers and executive decision-makers.
- Ability to link technical solutions to tangible business and program outcomes.
- Experience navigating lengthy enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
