Role Overview
This position involves supporting customers by responding to questions and resolving issues in a professional, service-oriented manner. The role is based in Mumbai and requires strong communication, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
Work Shifts
- First shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Second shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns over phone calls and email.
- Use a solution-focused approach when handling customer issues.
- Keep the customer experience at the center of every interaction.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Good typing speed for efficient handling of queries and records.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
