Job overview

This position is for a senior ServiceNow ITSM developer based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building, improving, and supporting ITSM solutions that help streamline service operations and improve overall workflow efficiency.

Core work

Develop and refine ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Work across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management processes.
Build solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Deliver complete end-to-end implementations rather than isolated fixes.
Improve and optimize operational workflows for better performance and usability.

Experience and technical background

Candidates should bring more than 7 years of ServiceNow development experience, along with strong hands-on knowledge of JavaScript and the Glide API. A solid background in ITSM is essential for success in this role.

Preferred certifications

Preferred qualifications include CIS-ITSM and CAD.
