Overview
Exceledge Placements is seeking motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join their team at the Visnagar location in Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site position involving night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:10 AM IST. The role focuses on actively promoting and placing candidates within the US employment market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote bench candidates including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC visa holders within the US job market.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors and clients.
- Match and submit qualified candidates to corresponding job openings.
- Follow up with vendors to obtain interview feedback and secure closures.
- Negotiate contract rates and finalize agreements.
- Maintain accurate daily records of submissions and interview schedules.
- Collaborate with candidates and internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
- Capable of strategic and creative thinking.
- Familiarity with basic MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Desired Expertise
- Experience or knowledge of US IT recruitment and bench sales processes.
- Understanding of various visa classifications including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
- Familiarity with online job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
