Role Overview
Located in our Singapore office, the Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales process across Southeast Asia. This position focuses on process management, product planning, contracting, data entry, and reporting to facilitate the achievement of SEA sales strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the SEA Sales team by managing product catalogue planning, including preparing and reviewing product availability to satisfy client requirements.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our content portfolio, featuring Hollywood and Asian movies and TV series, to enhance commercial content exploitation across SEA territories.
- Oversee sales operations and administration by maintaining deal records within internal contract systems, processing sales orders, tracking contract workflows, and ensuring proper documentation and contract execution.
- Coordinate financial tasks such as payment follow-ups and material delivery related to sales contracts.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing presentation decks, negotiation materials, and coordinating marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and sales estimations.
- Provide ad hoc support for various sales and marketing activities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Technology, Business Management, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or Supply Chain-related fields.
- Have up to three years of experience in relevant areas such as finance, accounting, auditing, information systems, marketing, engineering, business consulting, supply chain, sales operations, or business administration.
- Exposure to information systems management, sales or business administration, TV content rights management, and budgeting is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong results orientation and a dedication to continuous process and system enhancements.
- Detail-focused with analytical skills capable of managing and interpreting extensive data accurately.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines as a team player.
- Advanced computer proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A genuine interest in Hollywood films, US TV series, and Asian content.
- Familiarity or experience with the media or US entertainment sector, particularly in programming sales and distribution or the social media environment within SEA, is a plus.
- Must have legal authorization to work and reside in Singapore throughout the tenure of employment in compliance with local immigration laws.
