Overview

Exceledge Placements is seeking motivated and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters to join their team at the Visnagar location in Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site position involving night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:10 AM IST. The role focuses on actively promoting and placing candidates within the US employment market.

Primary Responsibilities

Promote bench candidates including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC visa holders within the US job market.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with vendors and clients.
Match and submit qualified candidates to corresponding job openings.
Follow up with vendors to obtain interview feedback and secure closures.
Negotiate contract rates and finalize agreements.
Maintain accurate daily records of submissions and interview schedules.
Collaborate with candidates and internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
Capable of strategic and creative thinking.
Familiarity with basic MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Desired Expertise

Experience or knowledge of US IT recruitment and bench sales processes.
Understanding of various visa classifications including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
Familiarity with online job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
