Job Overview

Join the team as an HR Officer for BeCool, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle across the East Coast (NSW, ACT) distribution centre, focusing on the blue-collar workforce. This onsite role requires proactive engagement with staffing agencies, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, attendance, and maintaining positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate workforce scheduling to maintain adequate staffing across all East Coast distribution centre activities.
  • Prepare payroll accurately and promptly through daily timesheet monitoring and reconciliation using ADP.
  • Monitor attendance and leave in ADP systems and upload weekly rosters into UKG.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, visa checks, and compliance processes efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed HR records on multiple platforms including ADP, Workday, Vsure, and LMS to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support employee relations within the Fair Work framework by resolving HR issues and preparing disciplinary documents.
  • Administer training programs and track certifications to assist employee development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in HR administration, office management, or workforce coordination, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or production sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering software such as ADP, Workday, Vsure, or Linksafe.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with effective time management skills for a dynamic work setting.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships across departments and senior levels.
