About the Role
Specialized Recruiting Group London is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a confidential vacancy at a well-established client in Woodstock, Ontario. This permanent onsite position offers a collaborative work environment within a global company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 65000 to 70000 CAD
- Employer covers 100% of benefits premiums

Key Responsibilities
- Manage bi-weekly payroll processing using Dayforce software
- Handle pension administration, monitor vacation accruals, banked hours, and union dues
- Assist Manager with daily Labour and Employee Relations issues
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and company events
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, maintain required documentation, and support other operational areas as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration, specifically skilled with Dayforce platform
- Progress toward Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is considered an advantage
