Job description

About the Company

Beast Industries is a broad-based media and entertainment business created by Jimmy Donaldson, widely recognized as MrBeast, the most-watched individual creator in the world. The company has grown far beyond its YouTube origins into a portfolio that spans digital media, philanthropy, consumer goods, and new business ventures. Its purpose is to entertain, inspire, and generate meaningful social impact through creative and innovative work.

MrBeast is building a powerful ecosystem that includes media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

Role Overview

As VP of Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for bringing in and closing high-value partnerships across this ecosystem. The role is centered on turning audience reach into revenue by designing and securing integrated deals across media, IP, products, and experiences.

This is a senior individual contributor position with direct accountability for pipeline creation and deal outcomes. It suits a commercially minded leader who can identify opportunities, sell complex partnership structures, close business with major global brands, and work across teams to make those partnerships successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of individual revenue goals by building a pipeline, converting opportunities, and closing business.
  • Proactively identify and develop new partnership opportunities with global brands, agencies, and strategic collaborators.
  • Manage the full deal journey, from outbound outreach and prospecting to negotiation and final contract signing.
  • Design and sell integrated partnership packages spanning branded content, media, IP licensing, product collaborations, and production.
  • Create persuasive, business-focused proposals that clearly connect partnership value to partner objectives and ROI.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and expand accounts through renewals, upsells, and larger engagements.
  • Work closely with Partner Solutions, Creative, Production, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver complex, multi-layered deals.
  • Maintain strong visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and deal progress across your portfolio.
  • Bring cross-functional teams into alignment so partnership commitments are executed effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in partnerships, media sales, or revenue-focused roles and has a strong record of closing large-scale deals. You should be comfortable sourcing opportunities, managing full-cycle sales, and structuring multi-year agreements with global brands.

You will need strong commercial judgment, excellent negotiation ability, executive presence, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite partners. A solid understanding of media monetization, branded content, and partnership-driven revenue models is essential, along with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Experience Requirements

This role calls for more than 15 years of relevant experience in partnerships, media sales, or similar revenue roles, with direct responsibility for closing business. You should have a proven history of originating and closing multi-million-dollar partnerships and working across teams to deliver sophisticated commercial deals.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected total compensation for this role is $423,750 to $533,750, including an employee equity plan grant, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Equity grants are provided in good faith and remain subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

  • Competitive base pay
  • Medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance
  • Company contributions toward Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor matching
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid company holidays
  • Company-issued technology package
  • Relocation support when applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days
