The company is driven by a passion for entertaining, inspiring, and positively impacting audiences worldwide through cutting-edge original content.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Production who will architect and grow the production division supporting our diverse portfolio of original content, ranging from live events to long-form unscripted series and creator-led projects. - Supervise multiple productions through all phases including planning, shooting, post-production, and delivery.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team comprised of executives, producers, coordinators, and external collaborators.
- Direct production budgets, forecasts, scheduling, and personnel allocations, maintaining operational efficiency across projects.
- Oversee all production logistics such as crew coordination, vendor relationships, location management, legal permits, contracts, insurance, payroll, travel, and equipment logistics.
- Work closely with Programming leaders to balance creative aspirations with practical production capabilities.
- Establish scalable standards, workflows, reporting, and approval processes for production operations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with studios, production vendors, creators, and other industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align content delivery with digital platforms and promotional efforts.
- Act as the senior escalation point for resolving production risks, scheduling conflicts, budget challenges, and vendor issues.
- Drive continuous enhancement of production systems, organizational structure, technology integration, and vendor strategies.
Qualifications
- 12 to 15+ years of production experience with leadership roles in long-form unscripted television, streaming, digital media, or live entertainment sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex productions simultaneously, maintaining standards of quality, deadlines, and budgets.
- Extensive knowledge of production operations including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, vendor and location management, contracts, payroll, permits, and logistics.
- Track record of building and leading effective production organizations with scalable systems and processes.
- Strong collaborative skills with creative teams to support programming ambitions through operational expertise.
- Adept at working in fast-paced, evolving environments requiring adaptable and steady leadership.
- Experience in creator-driven content, live shows, streaming platforms, or direct-to-consumer entertainment is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently based on production needs.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $230,000, complemented by eligibility for annual bonuses, equity grants under company plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- 401(k) plan featuring company matching
- Flexible vacation policy plus paid company holidays
- Provision of technology resources
