Role Overview
The Vice President of Product Delivery and Growth - AI is responsible for accelerating product-led growth in the AI segment focused on Skilled Nursing. This executive role requires driving adoption from a market-driven perspective, securing early wins, and building scalable go-to-market strategies.
The individual will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market leadership to validate product value, guide product direction, and enable sales teams to promote proven solutions confidently. Acting as a market-facing leader, this role involves direct engagement with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to enhance credibility and sustain growth.
Responsibilities
- Champion product-led growth for the AI segment by creating early successes, facilitating customer adoption, and developing repeatable go-to-market approaches that empower sales teams.
- Prioritize customer validation and early adopter initiatives; collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering to demonstrate value to strategic clients and gather insights to inform scaling decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to establish clear strategies, messaging, and enablement tools that ensure field readiness and reduce barriers.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing customer feedback, market trends, and adoption analytics through direct customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and grow high-performing teams by recruiting strategically, coaching effectively, and managing performance; nurture a culture based on accountability, inclusion, and ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
- More than 10 years in senior leadership within product, growth, strategy, or adoption roles, preferably in HealthTech, SaaS, Senior Living, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven track record of growing B2B SaaS products from launch to sustained revenue through repeatable go-to-market methods.
- Experience with AI-powered or data-centric products closely related to the portfolio.
- Strong executive presence capable of influencing senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success in complex organizational settings.
- Demonstrable expertise in engaging enterprise clients to validate product value, drive adoption, and shape strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using both qualitative and quantitative inputs to evaluate opportunities and manage compromises.
- Experience managing portfolio-level transformations including operating model changes and optimizing go-to-market strategies.

Other Information
This position supports remote work but requires occasional travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings.
