About the Role
The Senior Vice President & General Manager for Acute & Payer leads the operations of this business unit focusing on growth and profitability, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role involves full profit and loss accountability, overseeing revenue growth and EBITDA management across Health System, Health Plan, and Convener sectors. Positioned in Mississauga, Ontario, the role offers a hybrid or remote working model with required travel to company offices for key events.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Acute & Payer division as General Manager, developing strategic vision and expansion plans targeting Health System, Health Plan, and Convener markets.
- Achieve and manage P&L targets including revenue exceeding $100 million and EBITDA margins, balancing growth investments and fiscal discipline.
- Drive the strategy, commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market approach for AI-enhanced product offerings within the portfolio, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Promote innovation and facilitate deeper integration and cross-selling among acquired product lines, capturing customer feedback and exploring partnerships and M&A opportunities.
- Enhance the complete customer experience, boosting retention and value, while ensuring product roadmaps are aligned with customer needs.
- Build and manage a high-performance team, establishing scalable operational processes, nurturing a performance-driven culture, and advancing leadership development through succession planning.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over 10 years of leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in complex, multi-product SaaS environments within healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology or related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record managing businesses scaling beyond $100 million in annual revenue with strong EBITDA control.
- Expertise in integrating and cross-selling post-acquisition portfolios to drive growth and customer value.
- Experience in developing and marketing AI-driven or emerging tech solutions.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in succession planning, organizational design, and team performance.
- Comprehensive general management experience including strategy, go-to-market planning, operations, and collaboration with Product and Engineering functions.
- Experience or familiarity with Health System, Health Plan, or Convener markets and care coordination or decision support solutions considered an asset.
- Proven capabilities in M&A integration, strategic partnerships, and engaging with executive stakeholders as a prominent business unit leader.
