This role involves leading a sizeable operational business unit amid ongoing investment, growth, and strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for the unit's business results, encompassing sales growth, profit margins, operational delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Steer a senior leadership team while nurturing a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional performance.
- Devise and implement strategic plans that enhance competitiveness, scalability, and enduring company value.
- Lead operational and organizational change programs to facilitate future expansion.
- Foster robust relationships with key clients, strategic collaborators, and executive stakeholders.
- Discover areas to drive organic expansion, operational efficiency, and financial improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Experience working in private equity-backed, public, or multinational company settings.
