Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with our CEO to advance key business priorities. This role is a critical operational leadership position designed for an experienced software executive proficient in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO’s strategic and operational partner on top-priority company initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide projects such as platform consolidation, cross-selling improvements, and go-to-market transformations.
• Manage the operating rhythm including executive reviews, KPI tracking, forecasting, and business performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and business units to enhance alignment and fast-track decisions.
• Identify and address organizational obstacles, conflicting priorities, and gaps in execution within leadership teams.
• Support commercial success by refining pipeline management, segmentation, pricing models, and partner effectiveness.
• Work with CRO and go-to-market teams to boost forecast reliability and revenue predictability.
• Prepare communications for executives, board members, strategy updates, and investor interactions.
• Lead strategic efforts including M&A integration, portfolio management, organizational design, and market expansion.
• Establish accountability structures to ensure follow-through on vital business goals and CEO directives.
• Maintain operational discipline while adapting to the fast-evolving enterprise software environment.
• Use data-driven insights and executive influence to guide senior leadership thoughtfully and effectively.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience leading a business unit, managing P&L, or heading a major function within enterprise software organizations.
• Background preferably includes private equity-backed software firms.
• Proven record of driving cross-functional execution and operational transformation.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies, platform approaches, and commercial growth levers.
• Strong financial and operational skills including forecasting, pipeline oversight, pricing strategy, and KPI formulation.
• Capability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical organizational levels.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-centric decision-making.
• High accountability, urgency, and focus on execution.
• Ability to constructively influence senior leadership while fostering trust and consensus.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and fast-paced enterprise software sector.
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in leadership or operational roles within enterprise technology or software.
