Vice President of Transformation

Role overview

This is a senior, full-time remote leadership position focused on steering major change initiatives across the firm. The role is centered on improving operations, updating service delivery models, and modernizing legal workflows through digital tools, process redesign, and better ways of working.

What you will do

You will work closely with senior leaders to set the transformation agenda, define clear targets, and manage a portfolio of initiatives that support the firm’s strategy and regulatory obligations. The role includes guiding cross-functional teams, partnering with practice leaders, tracking delivery against key performance indicators, and resolving risks or resistance to change as they arise.

In addition, you will support communication with stakeholders, help train teams on new processes, and drive ongoing improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen client experience, and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Solid background in business transformation, organizational change, or strategic operations leadership, ideally in professional services and preferably in legal or consulting settings.
• Strong capability in project and program management, including planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and progress measurement through structured methods such as Agile or Lean.
• Ability to review complex workflows and data, spot improvement opportunities, and turn findings into practical, scalable solutions.
• Comfort using digital platforms that enable remote collaboration, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and work effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through change, including coaching, training, and supporting adoption of new practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, with evidence of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is considered an advantage.
• High professional standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory leadership.
• Strong English fluency; Spanish or Catalan language skills are a significant plus for stakeholder engagement.
