Job description
Role Overview
As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Manufacturing, you will assist clients in deploying Industry 4.0 initiatives by leveraging advanced AI and IoT technologies. Your objective will be to boost productivity and speed up digital transformation efforts by applying your in-depth consulting expertise alongside sector-specific insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving implementation of Blackline solutions, serving as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Support intercompany processes related to transformation initiatives (experience in this area is considered a plus).
- Analyze client data to design and recommend tailored transformation strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business transformation consultancy within the manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Blackline software.
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools, particularly those that incorporate machine learning and data-driven insights for manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of the latest manufacturing trends and Industry 4.0 innovations.
- Practical experience with AI and IoT technologies, including application of cloud-based digital floor solutions to improve manufacturing productivity and digital transformation.

The position is located in Hyderabad and requires onsite presence. Candidates must be graduates in any discipline.
