Role Overview

Lead and own enterprise-wide AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational excellence and drive commercial outcomes at a fast-growing Australian organisation based in Adelaide. Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute transformative technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Implement AI and automation programs that deliver measurable return on investment.
• Oversee large-scale enterprise initiatives across ERP, CRM, data management, systems integration, and customer platforms.
• Create and present business cases to executive and board stakeholders to support technology investments.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Provide strategic oversight of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior executives to identify and pursue innovation, efficiency, and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts through scalable technology and data solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
• Proven success delivering AI and automation solutions that achieve tangible commercial benefits.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build and defend business cases at the executive level.
• Skilled in driving behavioral change and adoption across complex organizations.
• Technical expertise spanning cloud platforms, systems integration, data architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at both executive and operational levels.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in technology, project management, and business domains.
• A passion for emerging technologies and staying current with industry developments.
