Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Management for Government Solutions to lead a transformative shift from traditional IT execution to a modern product operating framework. Reporting to the SVP of Product and collaborating with the EVP of Government Solutions, you will own and inspire the product portfolio focused on government integrations including cameras, sensors, AI, SaaS platforms, and payment systems designed to enhance roadway safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a unified product vision aligning government solution offerings with company mission and customer needs.
• Drive transformation to outcome-oriented planning, focusing on customer retention, adoption growth, and margin improvement.
• Optimize organizational structure to reduce dependencies while prioritizing growth and innovation initiatives.
• Design and institutionalize a collaborative product management model fostering synergy across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Recruit and mentor product leaders to elevate team capabilities toward mastery and strategic thinking.
• Cultivate a culture emphasizing problem-solving, innovation, accountability, and outcome-based success metrics.
• Lead customer-centric discovery and delivery processes balancing innovation with compliance essential for government solutions.
• Manage platform modernization efforts collaborating with engineering to adopt microservices and scalable architectures.
• Serve as a trusted leader interacting with government clients, policymakers, and stakeholders to ensure product relevance and impact.
• Oversee enterprise-level product review procedures to track product health, alignment, and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership in product management including 5+ years at VP or equivalent level within mid to large public technology or software services firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields required; Master's preferred.
• Proven success leading organizational change to empowered product team structures focused on outcome delivery.
• Experience in complex B2B, B2G, or regulated sectors such as GovTech, transportation, IoT, or smart city solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to connect product performance to executive and board-level metrics.
• Deep understanding of modern technology platforms including APIs, microservices, and cloud migrations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to align diverse business units and promote a customer-first, empowered culture.
