Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to act as a strategic collaborator with the CEO, leading operational excellence organization-wide. This role is pivotal in advancing operational processes, fostering scalability, and integrating automation and AI-driven tools to boost productivity and enhance overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer and refine operational workflows across various departments aiming to elevate efficiency, scalability, and organizational results.
- Evaluate current workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and deploy AI-based tools and automation to enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain the business analytics function, including setting key performance indicators (KPIs), creating dashboards, and building executive reporting frameworks that yield actionable insights.
- Manage company-wide operational projects and initiatives that bolster growth, scalability, and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate strategic objectives into executable plans with measurable outputs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 10 years’ experience in technology and business operations with a proven history of achieving operational excellence; experience in EdTech is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years in management roles, including leading large, cross-functional teams of 20 or more members.
- Experience expanding operations within fast-growing, international companies is preferred.
- Proven track record in implementing AI, automation, and technological innovations that deliver tangible business benefits.
- Strong skills in business intelligence, analytics, KPI development, dashboard creation, and executive-level reporting.
- Direct experience working with CEOs and senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution at all organizational levels.
- Highly proactive, detail-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
