Role Overview
The Vice President of Growth is a full-time, remote executive position responsible for spearheading the sustainable expansion of the organization’s reach, impact, and partnerships. This role directs the creation and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies encompassing sales, marketing, and business development, ensuring alignment with the mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
- Manage and oversee pipeline development for new business prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute growth-focused campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and guide team members by setting performance objectives and offering coaching.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven success in sales and business development with a history of driving revenue and forging partnerships.
- Strong strategic planning and marketing expertise to craft and advance integrated growth initiatives.
- Experienced team leader skilled in coaching, performance management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Background in mission-driven, nonprofit, or international development sectors is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, complemented by cultural awareness and a global perspective.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, juggle multiple priorities, and utilize data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees or leadership training considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software, digital collaboration tools, and basic analytics for monitoring growth-related activities.
