About the Role
We seek a seasoned Vice President of FP&A to join an established organization in Middle Tennessee. This pivotal leadership position offers the chance to collaborate with senior executives, shape financial strategies, and transform complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy development.
- Create sophisticated financial models and conduct scenario analyses to back strategic business initiatives.
- Prepare high-level reports for executives, providing clear and impactful insights.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to enhance financial outcomes.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a top-tier FP&A team.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing teams and initiatives.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and analytical problem-solving.
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence and guide business decisions.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership within complex organizational structures.
