Role Overview
The Vice President, Creative for the PINK Brand will define and drive the creative vision, brand expression, and visual storytelling across all touchpoints with consumers. This executive role leads bold, culturally aligned, customer-focused creative strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. Collaborating with multiple departments including Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Product Design, Stores, and executive leaders ensures a unified and compelling brand experience that resonates with the PINK audience and reinforces brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously develop the creative vision and visual identity of the PINK brand ensuring consistent brand representation across marketing, digital, social media, retail environments, packaging, events, and other consumer-facing platforms.
- Establish creative standards, frameworks, and guidelines to strengthen brand equity and distinctiveness in the market.
- Forecast and integrate cultural, consumer, fashion, and design trends to keep the brand relevant and positioned for growth.
- Lead the ideation and delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, and major brand initiatives from initial concept to final production, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and innovative, customer-centric creative experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to craft compelling narratives that enhance engagement and drive conversions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product Design, E-commerce, Social Media, Public Relations, and Store Experience to integrate creative insights into broader business strategies.
- Contribute strategically to annual business goals and the long-term growth of the brand presenting creative direction to senior leadership.
- Build and lead a world-class creative team fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth, while managing internal and external creative resources effectively.
- Ensure production excellence by delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and upholding superior creative quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Gen Z and young millennial customers leveraging insights and market analysis to create culturally relevant and authentic storytelling that builds emotional connections.
- Monitor competitors and emerging brands to identify unique opportunities for brand differentiation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Direction, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 12 years of advancing leadership experience in creative roles within fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years managing large, cross-functional creative teams.
- Demonstrable success in developing integrated brand campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and experiential environments.
- A robust portfolio showcasing innovative creative leadership and measurable positive business impact.
- Exceptional storytelling ability and creative vision aligned with brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills essential for collaboration and influence at the highest organizational levels.
- Expertise in managing agencies, photo and video production, and substantial creative budgets.
- Proficiency with digital content trends, social platforms, emerging media, and evolving consumer behaviors.
- Proven adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative settings.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is from $230,000 to $304,500 annually. The specific salary offered will depend on candidates’ skills, experience, geographic location, and other factors.
