Role Summary
The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for Brands is a strategic HR leader overseeing Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Beauty divisions. Reporting directly to Brand Presidents, this role ensures adequate leadership, talent, organizational structure, and culture that drive business success. It significantly influences organizational effectiveness across merchandising, design, sourcing, planning, marketing, and other brand-centric functions.
As part of the HR leadership team, you will align people strategies with business goals, advise on talent management, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, change management, and facilitate high team performance during growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into workforce strategies that accelerate performance.
- Shape organizational design and operational models to support brand growth and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development to build capabilities and strengthen organizational bench strength.
- Drive culture initiatives, championing company values and guiding change efforts to support transformational business needs.
- Utilize feedback and data insights to inform people strategies and collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence for integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
- Proven track record of effective partnership with senior executives and multifunctional business teams.
- Expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, succession planning, and change leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional executive presence, influencing skills, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
- Skilled in navigating complex enterprise environments balancing broad and specific business priorities.
- Experience in retail, consumer brands, multi-brand environments, or customer-focused businesses is preferred.
