Overview
A leading global infrastructure investor is looking to bring on a Vice President for its New York-based investment team. The platform is institutionally backed, well capitalised, and has built a portfolio of more than 150 assets worldwide across transportation, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure.
The investment mandate spans both greenfield concession development and the acquisition of operating assets, with particular emphasis on opportunities in North America.
Role Summary
This position combines two core responsibilities: sourcing and developing greenfield concession opportunities, and executing M&A transactions. The person in this seat will oversee deal processes from start to finish, coordinate due diligence, and contribute to portfolio asset management activities.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure investment banking or principal investing
- Advanced financial modelling skills are essential, and candidates should be prepared for a technical assessment during hiring
- Demonstrated ability to run workstreams and handle external stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Visa sponsorship is available
