Role Overview
The Vice President of Internal & Partner Communications for Europe & North Africa will spearhead the communication strategy targeting both internal stakeholders and partner owners. This leadership role involves managing messaging aimed at employees, hotel teams, and owners to ensure unified communications that build trust and promote acceptance of regional business initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute communication strategies directed at regional corporate offices, hotel teams, and owners.
- Lead the creation and adaptation of key messages aligned with regional business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Drive proactive change communications within the region to enhance employee engagement.
- Plan and manage biannual or annual events, including logistics and content development.
- Establish communication platforms that facilitate dialogue between senior leadership and employees across all levels.
- Coordinate and harmonize communications across departments to maintain a cohesive message for Accor’s talents, hotels, and owners.
- Lead and oversee the Internal and Partner Communications team in the Europe & North Africa region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in communications roles, either in-house or agency environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both employees and senior leadership proactively.
- Strong creativity with a talent for converting strategic concepts into actionable plans.
- Skilled at identifying and crafting core messages consistent with corporate strategy.
- Outgoing and personable with a strong interest in networking.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
