Job Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader for the position of Vice President Head of FMCG Robotics who brings extensive industry knowledge, a strong focus on customer needs, and demonstrated success in fostering growth, innovation, and transformation within the global FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global vertical strategy by utilizing market trends, customer insights, and competitor data to ensure persistent growth and uniform implementation across various regions.
- Drive the global vertical's business performance by spearheading growth initiatives, creating strategic partnerships, and exploring new avenues for expansion.
- Establish and nurture relationships with major clients, assist with critical negotiations, and collaborate with sales and account teams to formulate joint growth strategies.
- Examine customer workflows, identify challenges and key performance factors to create scalable automation solutions and define best practices within the industry.
- Align the product portfolio and innovation roadmap with market and client demands, acting as the liaison between clients and R&D teams.
- Create and oversee business plans, track performance against goals, and promote cross-departmental actions to meet financial and strategic targets.
- Lead and harmonize global cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into effective implementation within regions.
- Enhance organisational capabilities by building partnerships and promoting industry thought leadership within the vertical.

- 10 to 15+ years experience including roles in FMCG industry sectors.
- Background in business development, sales, strategy, or product management.
- Experience working in international and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proven history of driving growth within complex global organisations.
- Capability in converting customer process knowledge into scalable business applications.
- Experience influencing research and product development aligned with market needs.
- Management of strategic customer accounts or verticals.
- Leadership experience in transformational or market expansion efforts.
- Strong expertise in matrix leadership and working with senior stakeholders.
- 6 to 10+ years of leading initiatives globally or across multiple regions.
