About the Role
This leadership role oversees the Americas Regional Supply Chain function for the Kitchen & Bath Americas business segment at Kohler. The position drives excellence in demand planning, customer fulfillment, service reliability, logistics, inventory deployment, and overall organizational performance. It serves as the senior regional representative ensuring that customer and market needs for the Americas are integrated into the global supply chain framework while executing customer-facing objectives locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Americas supply chain strategy, aligning operating priorities to foster business growth, customer loyalty, and global integration.
- Lead demand planning efforts, enhancing forecast accuracy and integrating market intelligence across customers, channels, products, and promotions.
- Represent regional demand and customer requirements within enterprise-wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and inventory governance while maintaining clear accountability for regional execution.
- Establish superior customer fulfillment capabilities to improve order transparency, delivery reliability, service responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Position the supply chain as a competitive advantage by enhancing the customer experience through fulfillment excellence and disciplined operating routines.
- Oversee customer service, transportation, warehousing, distribution, inventory deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on differentiated customer experience and cost-effective service delivery.
- Manage inventory deployment to balance service levels, working capital, and channel requirements across the fulfillment network.
- Set up executive performance metrics connecting forecast quality, fulfillment reliability, service, logistics efficiency, inventory health, costs, cash management, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously benchmark industry leading supply chain practices and integrate advanced technologies like AI, digital tools, predictive analytics, and automation to improve productivity, decision making, and organizational efficiency.
- Develop and lead a high-performing regional leadership team with strong accountability and succession planning, fostering collaboration across commercial, finance, operations, IT, purchasing, sourcing, and global supply chain functions.
- Drive transformational change by simplifying operations, strengthening functional excellence, and cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive senior leadership experience in supply chain functions including demand planning, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and customer service within a regional supply chain context.
- Proven capability to develop strategy, align organizations, and translate business objectives into actionable operating plans that enhance service, cost management, cash flow, growth, and customer experience.
- Deep expertise in Demand Planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, demand management, inventory deployment, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience managing logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and customer service operations supported by robust systems, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Track record of benchmarking and adopting best practices, technologies, and operating models to improve supply chain capabilities.
- Strong command of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital technologies to enhance planning accuracy, execution, productivity, decision speed, and efficiency.
- Financial acumen connecting supply chain decisions to commercial results, operating costs, inventory investment, cash management, and customer outcomes.
- Experience building and developing leadership teams, driving talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability in complex matrix environments.
- Familiarity with SAP, advanced planning systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), analytics platforms, AI-enabled planning tools, and customer-facing fulfillment technologies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage senior leaders, align stakeholders, and represent supply chain interests credibly to customers and partners.
- Strategic and pragmatic leadership style with the ability to simplify complexity, drive accountability, and maintain sustained performance improvements.

This position is onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Kohler provides day-one benefits with no waiting period. The salary range for this role is $238,650 to $395,150 per year, dependent on experience, education, and location. The role is also eligible for performance bonuses or variable incentive compensation.
