Vice President Finance

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead and expand a comprehensive portfolio encompassing Finance & Accounting (F&A) as well as Non-F&A operations, managing a team of approximately 1700 full-time employees. The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee varied functions, including Master Data Management (MDM), Pricing, Marketing, and potentially Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), alongside core F&A services.
• Establish and drive the growth of a centralized operating model aimed at enhancing operational excellence and aligning with global business strategies.
• Provide leadership for global operations, guiding large, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and acting as the senior organizational representative.
• Engage in digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with functional teams and reviewing technology-driven programs, even though an in-depth technical background is not mandatory.
• Develop and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships with CFOs, CIOs, business unit heads, and other C-level executives, demonstrating executive presence and broad customer focus.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience exceeding 20 years in similar roles, preferably with leadership over global operations and vast teams.
• Proficient in managing diverse operational portfolios within Finance and allied sectors.
• Skilled in driving operational improvements and leading change within complex organizations.
• Effective in executive communication and stakeholder engagement at senior management levels.
