Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our Travel and Expense (T&E) Audit team based in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will utilize tools such as Concur and AppZen to execute T&E audits. The position requires working shifts aligned to UK/US client time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements thoroughly to plan, execute, and report on T&E audits effectively.
- Lead service delivery and team management, supervising multiple team members across levels.
- Utilize T&E management tools including Concur, Workday, and AppZen in audit activities.
- Comprehend and apply T&E process and policy requirements.
- Identify exceptions and non-compliance occurrences within Travel and Expense reports.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent specialization.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with T&E platforms like Concur, Workday, and AppZen.
- Prior exposure to international client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform under pressure, manage account transitions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion in managing confidential information and balancing interactions with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
