We are conducting a walk-in hiring event for the position of Transaction Risk Investigator in Kolkata on 27th July 2026. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on non-voice customer service within the ecommerce payments sector.
Job Details and Application Process
- Walk-in date: 27 July 2026
- Walk-in hours: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Venue: Imagine Tech Park, Plot No 6, DP Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091, West Bengal
- Work location: Kolkata office only (no remote work)
- Shift: Flexible, any shift including weekends
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Eligibility: Fresh graduates of any discipline excluding law graduates
- Documents required: 2 passport size photographs (one to be attached to resume), 2 resume copies, original Aadhaar card
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risks
- Make independent, sound judgments on complex transactions and customer authentication
- Communicate frequently in writing and verbally with management, risk analysts, engineers, associates, and external parties
- Maintain productivity while upholding stringent quality assurance standards
- Utilize operational tools to extract pertinent data and effectively navigate websites
- Follow established SOPs and workflow guidelines
- Handle standard non-voice tasks such as emails and chat communication
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline except law or diploma holders
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in investigation, risk analysis, or ecommerce preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling complex transactional issues
- Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with time management and organizational skills
- Aptitude to assess situations and deliver appropriate resolutions
- Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
