Overview
Grocruit Consulting is seeking dedicated Customer Care Executives for two distinct non-voice processes based in Bengaluru, at Marathahalli and Hebbal locations. Immediate joiners are preferred for these full-time, on-site roles in domestic BPO operations.
Process 1: Email/Chat Support (Hebbal)
This role involves addressing customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to resolve issues effectively.
- Draft clear and professional emails to customers for query resolution.
- Manage complaints and concerns through written communication channels.
- Provide accurate information to assist customers in resolving their issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education: Completion of 12th grade or higher.
- Fluent English communication and proficient typing skills are essential.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in email/chat support.
Selection Process: Screening includes HR interview, Versant test evaluating English communication quality (score 4/5), followed by a managerial round.
Work Schedule: Six working days per week with one rotational weekly off.
Process 2: Content Creation (Marathahalli)
This position welcomes fresh graduates or undergraduates with strong English communication skills to create and edit product descriptions, maintaining adherence to quality and brand standards.
- Develop and refine content that is simple, precise, and engaging.
- Ensure all content meets defined brand guidelines.
- Contribute to quality control of content to uphold company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Freshers or graduates/undergraduates with excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to join immediately is required.
Work Schedule: Six working days with one rotational weekly off.
