Job description
Overview
We are hiring multiple candidates for International Customer Support Executive roles across various locations in Bangalore, including Marathahalli and Hebbal. This voice process position requires handling international and domestic customer inquiries in English and Hindi. Suitable applicants include 12th pass, IT and Non-IT freshers, and graduates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
- Provide precise information and efficiently resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong skills in problem-solving and customer management.
- Adhere to service quality standards and process guidelines.
- Escalate and collaboratively resolve complex issues with internal teams.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of customer support workflows.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
- A minimum of one year of verifiable experience in an international voice process is required for certain roles.
- Freshers with 12th pass or PUC qualification can apply for other voice processes, provided they are fluent in English and one regional language among Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Working Conditions
- Work from office at Marathahalli or Hebbal locations only; remote work is not available.
- Rotational shift schedules apply with 5 to 6 working days per week and rotational weekly offs.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi with a neutral accent are essential.
Compensation
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹33,000 for general voice process roles.
- Up to ₹37,000 CTC per month is offered for experienced international voice process candidates.
- For the Financial Controller role suitable for CA/ICWA/MBA Finance candidates with up to 4 years experience, a package up to ₹35 Lakhs per annum is considered.

- Applicants will undergo multiple interview rounds including HR, Versant, and Operations Manager evaluations, along with an assessment involving the Hallo AI tool (C1 level).
