About the Role
Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd is recruiting for a customer support position based in BTM, Bangalore. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service primarily through phone interactions, addressing queries related to Accenture's products and services. Candidates with experience in BPO and excellent communication skills are welcome to join this opportunity offering a salary up to 6.5 lakhs per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality assistance to customers via telephone calls.
- Manage client inquiries concerning the products and services provided by Accenture.
- Resolve problems swiftly and efficiently while upholding professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve complex customer complaints effectively.
- Strive to achieve the quality, productivity, and sales goals outlined by the company.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding communication abilities capable of managing international clientele successfully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts when necessary.
