About the Role
This role involves managing inbound customer service operations for the Godrej brand at ETPL Tower, Thane. The position includes centralized pick-up and drop facilities from Thane Station, ensuring ease of commute for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
- Deliver efficient customer support and handle service-related requests.
- Conduct telephonic communication and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Operate within a voice-based customer service environment.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Completion of graduation is mandatory to apply.
- Minimum of two months experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is required.
- Excellent communication skills, within V4/V5 standards, are essential.
Salary and Work Schedule
- Salary offered is up to 22,000 INR CTC per month.
- Work shifts are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Employees are entitled to one rotational weekly off.
