Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to become the welcoming face and first point of contact for our members at Aura Tullamore. Key duties include delivering top-tier customer service, maintaining the reception area, managing retail sales and promotions, providing administrative support, and collaborating closely with the team to enhance customer experience and uphold our brand standards.

  • Serve as the primary professional contact welcoming Aura members and visitors.
  • Deliver outstanding customer care and build positive relationships.
  • Stay informed about all Aura programs and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and seek ways to improve service quality.
  • Support administrative tasks essential to daily operations.
  • Partner with team members to fulfill customer needs and promote Aura.
  • Assist with promoting and executing site events and marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of front-of-house sales targets and drive retail promotions.
  • Keep reception areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Passion and dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication abilities and an engaging, outgoing demeanor.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to be flexible in scheduling.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Fluency in English, essential for this role.
