Overview
LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking a skilled Van Technician to join our team at the premier dealership in Stockport. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining Mercedes Benz vans to top-tier standards of quality and performance.
Compensation & Schedule
The position offers a starting salary of 31,500, with on-target earnings potentially reaching 46,000 annually. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week. Additionally, a welcome bonus of 2,000 will be awarded upon joining.
Primary Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vans following manufacturer specifications.
- Precisely diagnose vehicle issues and execute appropriate repairs.
- Replace necessary parts, fluids, and oils while maintaining detailed records of all actions.
- Ensure the workshop remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicles' service and repair requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Possess NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent recognised certification.
- Minimum of two years of practical experience in the automotive sector.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
- Be open to continuous professional development, particularly in electric vehicle technologies.
