Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

About the Role

LSH Auto UK Ltd is seeking a dedicated and strategic Health & Safety professional to join our expanding team as a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing safety protocols across our retail dealerships, workshops, and support operations.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading our health and safety strategy, ensuring compliance across multiple locations. This includes fostering a proactive safety culture through managing training programs, conducting audits, and overseeing risk assessments. You will report directly to senior management and champion health, safety, and environmental efforts throughout the organisation.

Additional Details

• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Salary range: £35,000 to £40,000 annually depending on experience
• Company car provided
• Role requires travel throughout the Midlands and Manchester regions

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety Practice
• Proven track record in multi-site health and safety leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
