Role Overview
LSH Auto UK Limited invites passionate vehicle enthusiasts to become a New Car Sales Executive specializing in Mercedes Benz. This position involves engaging customers to help them select their ideal new car while upholding superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and understand client requirements to recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct test drives to provide firsthand vehicle experiences.
- Highlight and explain vehicle features to customers effectively.
- Conclude sales negotiations and prepare sales agreements.
- Maintain exceptional customer service consistent with company values.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably with premium car brands.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer connections.
- A well-documented history of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Passion for the automotive sector and staying updated with current trends.
- Valid full UK driving license.
- Self-driven and capable of independent work as well as teamwork.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to personal professional development and ongoing learning.
