Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand client requirements to recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives to provide firsthand vehicle experiences.
• Highlight and explain vehicle features to customers effectively.
• Conclude sales negotiations and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain exceptional customer service consistent with company values.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably with premium car brands.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer connections.
• A well-documented history of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Passion for the automotive sector and staying updated with current trends.
• Valid full UK driving license.
• Self-driven and capable of independent work as well as teamwork.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
