About The Role
Join The Jockey Club as a Graphic Designer at Sandown Park Racecourse, working on a permanent contract with 37.5 hours per week. You will creatively bring to life our iconic brands across digital, print, and race day environments, contributing to major campaigns as well as day-to-day design needs that support our business objectives and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, commercially driven designs that embody The Jockey Club, Racecourse, and Festival brand identities.
- Produce high-caliber artwork for a diverse range of projects including race day assets and larger campaigns while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Uphold brand guidelines and act as a custodian of visual identity across all creative outputs.
- Enhance customer experience by crafting impactful race day branding and digital material suited for various venues.
- Create compelling multi-channel content for digital platforms, print, signage, advertising, retail, and large-format production.
- Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing teams to elevate creative assets and strengthen content.
- Manage projects from conception through to precise, print-ready delivery.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in design, sports, and digital media to continuously innovate.
- Contribute to a supportive, creative culture by sharing ideas and refining design excellence across the team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven design talent with a diverse portfolio featuring social media and large-format print projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—with added bonus knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong conceptual skills, crafting contemporary, audience-centric creative work.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for typography, design trends, and ongoing personal skill development in creative fields.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative with fresh ideas and positive energy.
- Interest in sports, live experiences, and adaptable to a fast-moving, hybrid workplace.
