UX/UI Designer (m/w/d)

Position Overview

ALL IN GROUP GmbH (MYPOSTER) is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape the digital experience of its online shop across web and app. The role focuses on developing user-friendly interfaces, improving features, and turning research and data into practical design decisions.

Your Impact

You will take full responsibility for the visual evolution of the e-commerce experience and influence how customers interact with the product at scale. The role combines hands-on design execution with close collaboration across product and development teams.

What You Will Do

• Own the ongoing visual development of the online shop for web and app, from UI building blocks to complete features.
• Create solutions with a strong user focus while keeping priorities clear: build quick prototypes, validate early, and refine continuously.
• Independently produce clickable mockups, explore alternatives, and test ideas early instead of spending months on perfection.
• Work in an MVP-oriented way, staying structured, solution-driven, and consistently focused on user value.
• Use user flows, research findings, heatmaps, A/B test results, and customer feedback to make informed UX decisions.
• Coordinate closely with product managers and developers to ensure intuitive navigation and smooth user journeys.
• Contribute design ideas that can be put into live iterations quickly and measured through performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Initial experience in UX/UI design, ideally gained across multiple projects, teams, and working environments such as agencies and in-house settings.
• A fast, practical working style with the ability to iterate quickly, take initiative, and work independently.
• Strong visual taste and the ability to refine designs using data gathered from your own analysis.
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset for efficient alignment with different stakeholders.
• Interest in trying new AI tools and finding smarter ways to speed up workflows.
• Very strong German skills at a minimum of C1 level; fluent German is required.
• A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.

Additional Information

This position can be filled part-time or full-time according to the company description. The workplace is fully on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
