User Experience Designer

Opportunity

Next Match AI LLC is hiring a detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to own the creative direction and interaction design for its digital products. The role focuses on web platforms, mobile candidate experiences, and analytics-heavy dashboards used across North America and the GCC. You will help simplify complex technical features and data patterns into clear, elegant, and conversion-focused interfaces.

This position is fully remote, but you must be based in the United Arab Emirates. You will work closely with the core product and engineering team in Abu Dhabi while managing user journeys, interface design, and design system consistency for a fast-scaling product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create polished wireframes, interaction flows, and final UI designs for desktop and mobile SaaS products based on user stories and product needs.
• Build, organize, and expand a reusable atomic design system in Figma so visual consistency is maintained across releases.
• Review onboarding, checkout, and subscription journeys to identify friction points and improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test upcoming features, validate integration logic, and improve responsive dashboard experiences.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to deliver precise handoffs, including design files, specifications, and CSS tokens.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in a B2B SaaS product, digital product agency, or consumer technology setting.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving approach, and design system thinking is required.
• Advanced expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, components, responsive grids, variables, and interactive prototyping.
• Ability to simplify complex multi-step flows such as registration, checkout, filters, or other structured digital processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence presenting design decisions to product managers and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical portfolio-based credentials.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base pay of AED 16,800 to AED 21,000, tax-free, depending on experience and depth of interactive systems work.
• Compensation is positioned at 20% above the UAE market average.
