Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Sales Development Representative at Stackgini GmbH in Berlin. The role focuses on creating new sales opportunities for the founders and Account Executives by reaching out to prospective customers and building early-stage pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Use multiple channels and tools to identify prospects and try different outreach approaches aligned with the ideal customer profile.
- Assess potential customers and move qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Connect with key decision-makers in IT teams through phone, email, social platforms, and other outreach methods.
- Act as the initial contact point and deliver a customized Stackgini pitch to secure discovery meetings.
- Showcase the product to prospective clients and represent the company at events.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and Account Executives to support closing new business.
What the Role Requires
- Work authorization for Germany is mandatory.
- German must be at native-speaker level, and English should be conversational.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Confidence in starting conversations and comfort speaking with new people.
- Ability to engage customers effectively and maintain strong client interaction.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and a determined, solution-oriented attitude.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate.
- Experience with Pipedrive or another CRM platform is considered an advantage.
