US Technical Recruiter - Legal Staffing

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Recruiter to enrich our US Recruitment division. This full-time remote opportunity based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is tailored for professionals with experience in US legal staffing. The role involves working closely with top US law firms to source and place various legal professionals including Attorneys, Partners, Paralegals, and Litigation Support experts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles in the US market.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter to find suitable candidates including Attorneys, Legal Assistants, and Partners.
• Conduct resume screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates on the basis of their legal expertise, experience, licensure, and client requirements.
• Facilitate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout recruitment.
• Handle compensation negotiations and finalize offer details.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases.
• Achieve set hiring targets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Legal Recruitment, specifically with US law firms or specialized legal staffing firms.
• Familiarity with multiple legal areas such as Litigation, Corporate Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Family Law, Trusts & Estates, Insurance Defense, Employment Law, and Intellectual Property.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings, particularly aligning with US business operating hours (night shift).

Preferred Expertise

• Experience recruiting licensed Attorneys across various US states.
• Strong skills in sourcing passive candidates.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management competencies.
• Highly driven with an emphasis on quality recruitment delivery.
