Role Overview

We are seeking Healthcare Recruiters to join our teams focused on Travel, Local Contract, and Permanent Placement divisions. This career is ideal for motivated individuals possessing strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous recruiting or healthcare background is not required, as comprehensive training will be supplied.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare professionals nationwide to match openings and client demands.
• Engage and develop relationships with candidates via phone calls, messages, emails, and virtual platforms.
• Effectively source, screen, interview, and support candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Manage an active pipeline of candidates and open job requisitions independently.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure prompt and successful placement.
• Utilize multiple software systems to organize workload and meet performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, education, or something similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building relationships.
• Well-developed multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating various computer applications.
• Self-driven, accountable, and motivated to reach and exceed goals.

Work Schedule, Location & Training

This position is based locally in Maitland, Florida. Initial onboarding includes in-office training covering recruiting strategies, healthcare knowledge, and technology use. Training is followed by a hybrid work structure combining remote and Maitland office presence. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $45,900
• Performance-based commission estimated between $18,000 and $45,000+
• Potential total earnings range: $63,000 to $90,000+ annually
