About the Role

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Allied Health Recruiter to join its expanding team. This position requires an individual who grasps the urgency, quick pace, and importance of relationship management in healthcare staffing. The role centers on identifying and recruiting Allied Health professionals across various specialties and settings, fostering strong candidate connections, and aligning clinicians with career opportunities that meet their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit Allied Health clinicians for travel, contract, and permanent staffing roles.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
• Utilize job boards, referrals, social media, database outreach, and direct recruiting methods to locate candidates.
• Screen applicants, comprehend their job preferences, and match them with appropriate open positions.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and internal teams to expedite candidate placement.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to final placement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting is preferred.
• Healthcare staffing agency experience is essential for remote candidates; otherwise, candidates must work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Specialized experience in Allied Health recruiting is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build authentic relationships.
• Self-driven, competitive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and reliable with consistent follow-up.
• Capability to juggle multiple candidates, positions, and priorities simultaneously.
• Appreciation for the importance of responsiveness, trust, and follow-through in the healthcare staffing industry.
